If you decided to send only pre-arrival automated emails, then some of your guests may have reached out to you saying...

  • they can't find the online registration form

or

  • they didn't receive any link ( This can happen if the guest made a reservation via booking.com)

There are two ways how to send the link to your guests again.

1. Manual message

Go to MyAdmin section Reservations -> find the reservation -> open the detail of the reservation -> Actions, and click on Send message manually.

You can send either SMS or email, and the message must include the Check-in link (find in ,, Add personalised info,,).

TIP 💡

If you want to send a manual message to guests from booking.com, at first we recommend asking them for their private email address.


2. QR code

Go to MyAdmin section Reservations -> find the reservation -> open the detail of the reservation -> Actions and click on Get QR code of reservation.

You can download it as PNG or PDF and send it to your guest in an attachment via email.
