Select timing and add email addresses for sending notifications

Go to my MyAdmin - Settings - Notifications and add email addresses if you want to make sure that these notifications are sent to other members of your team as well.

In the Check-in section, also select the type of notification that works for you accommodation best.

The options are:

Immediate Notification

  • for All reservation 👉 The notification is sent immediately after receiving an online check-in card for any reservation (future reservation or on arrival).

    or

  • for Reservations on arrival 👉 The notification is sent immediately after receiving an online check-in card but only for reservations on arrival.

Summary Notification

The notification is sent at 6:00 am local time (according to the location of the accommodation). It contains a list of all received online check-in cards for reservations on arrival.
