The new version of MyStay was released recently and we brought up some very important changes in our platform!
The most important difference, coming with the new release, is the web check-in and option to do multiple check-ins per reservation.
Newly, your guests can check-in directly on your guest web without downloading any application. Web check-in is automatically switched on in general settings for all our customers.
Guests can also share the web link or mobile app link with other guests from their reservation, so the whole group can check-in online now and you will have all their check-in cards prepared in our system before arrival. This includes the redesign of our reservation section and reservation details.
Very important change is the manual adding/editing of all reservations directly in the webform available in MyAdmin, so you do not have to upload excel import for every reservation.
Another great improvement is One Time SMS sending. This feature is now the part of every reservation, where you can manually send SMS to your guest, including their personalized information (personalized web link, app link, stay ID etc.)
The last change is the redesign of request / order forms. Now the guest can pick a date & time of provided activity / service.
