Currently, auto-messages are being sent at defined times to all reservations. But in some cases, the messages must be sent only to certain reservations.
That's why we came up with these filters, now you can set up auto-messages based on your needs so your guests can receive relevant information such as reminders about uncompleted online registration forms.
These are the following filters available:
Contact
contains 2 conditions for emails and 3 conditions for SMS
Guest contact → if this condition is activated, the message is sent to the contact specified in each registration card
Reservation contact → if this condition is activated, the message is sent to the contact specified in the reservation details
No e-mail address → if this condition is activated, the SMS is sent only to reservations that do not have e-mail address

Nationality
contains country selection component → the message is sent only to reservations whose nationality was selected.

Booking. com → if this condition is activated, the message is sent only to reservations whose reservation e-mail address contains the @guest.booking.com domain
Direct → if this condition is activated, the message is sent only to reservations whose e-mail address does NOT contain the following domains - @guest.booking.com, @m.expediapartnercentral.com, @guest.airbnb.com, @agoda-messaging.com
Other OTA´s → if this condition is activated, the message is sent only to reservations whose e-mail address contains the following domains - @m.expediapartnercentral.com, @guest.airbnb.com, @agoda-messaging.com
Check-in
contains 2 conditions
(only available for accommodations with Hores PMS)
Reservation is checked-in in the PMS → if this condition is activated, the message is sent only to reservations that are checked-in in property management system
Reservation is not checked-in in the PMS → if this condition is activated, the message is sent only to reservations that are not checked-in in property management system
PreCheck-in
contains 3 conditions
All registration cards are completed → if this condition is activated, the message is sent only to reservations that completed all registration cards (the number of registration cards equals the number of guests in the reservation)
Some registration cards are completed → if this condition is activated, the message is sent only to reservations that have completed at least one registration card in the reservation
No registration card is completed → if this condition is activated, the message is sent only to reservations that did not complete even one registration card
Room type
list of all types of rooms (only available for accommodations with Hores PMS)
→ If you do not select at least one room type from the available list, the message is sent to all reservations regardless of the defined room type.
→ If you select only a particular room type, the message is sent to reservations for which the room type matches the selected values
Room number
list of all rooms in PMS
→ If you do not select at least one room number from the available list, the message is sent to all reservations regardless of their room number.
→ If you select only a particular room number, the message is sent to reservations for which the room number matches the selected values.
If the reservation includes multiple rooms, the message will be sent as long as at least one of the rooms meets the defined condition.
Payment
contains 3 conditions (only available for accommodations with Hores PMS)
Reservation is fully paid → if this condition is activated, the message is sent only to reservations that made a full payment
Reservation is partially paid → if this condition is activated, the message is sent only to reservations that paid a part of the total amount
Reservation is not paid → if this condition is activated, the message is sent only to reservations that did not pay anything yet

Go to the section Messages, select email or SMS, click edit and request an update.
