New filters based on nationality, source or check-in status

Currently, auto-messages are being sent at defined times to all reservations. But in some cases, the messages must be sent only to certain reservations.

That's why we came up with these filters, now you can set up auto-messages based on your needs so your guests can receive relevant information such as reminders about uncompleted online registration forms.

These are the following filters available:

Contact

contains 2 conditions for emails and 3 conditions for SMS

  1. Guest contact → if this condition is activated, the message is sent to the contact specified in each registration card

  2. Reservation contact → if this condition is activated, the message is sent to the contact specified in the reservation details

  3. No e-mail address → if this condition is activated, the SMS is sent only to reservations that do not have e-mail address

Nationality

contains country selection component → the message is sent only to reservations whose nationality was selected.


Source

contains 3 conditions

  1. Booking. com → if this condition is activated, the message is sent only to reservations whose reservation e-mail address contains the @guest.booking.com domain

  2. Direct → if this condition is activated, the message is sent only to reservations whose e-mail address does NOT contain the following domains - @guest.booking.com, @m.expediapartnercentral.com, @guest.airbnb.com, @agoda-messaging.com

  3. Other OTA´s → if this condition is activated, the message is sent only to reservations whose e-mail address contains the following domains - @m.expediapartnercentral.com, @guest.airbnb.com, @agoda-messaging.com


Check-in

contains 3 conditions

  1. All registration cards are completed → if this condition is activated, the message is sent only to reservations that completed all registration cards (the number of registration cards equals the number of guests in the reservation)

  2. Some registration cards are completed → if this condition is activated, the message is sent only to reservations that have completed at least one registration card in the reservation

  3. No registration card is completed → if this condition is activated, the message is sent only to reservations that did not complete even one registration card


How to activate this feature?

Go to the section Messages, select email or SMS, click edit and request an update.
