Visibility rules

Now the offer can be displayed only at a defined time of day, certain days of the week or only at a certain stage of the stay.

A new feature called VISIBILITY RULES can be found in the detail of any offer in the section Activity or Service 👏

A default value will be ALWAYS VISIBLE on the guest web, however, you can also select

NEVER - if selected, the offer will not be visible on the guest web

or

CUSTOM - if selected, additional settings with default values will be displayed 👇

DAILY SETUP

if selected, new fields will be displayed for entering the time

WEEKLY SETUP

if selected, a dropdown menu containing individual days of the week will be displayed

DATE SETUP

if selected, the dropdown menu for setting the start and end date is displayed

  • The first dropdown menu contains integers from 1 to 31

  • The second dropdown menu contains a list of all months of the year

STAY PHASE

if selected, the dropdown menu containing all possible phases of the stay will be displayed

In this case, the offer would be displayed on the guest web with the settings defined above from June 15th to September 15th, only on Wednesdays from 9:45 to 17:00. In addition, if the visitor of the guest web is logged in then the offer will be displayed only for reservations that are currently in "before the stay" phase.


P.S. Offers are visible based on the local time of your property.
