The main change has been made in our pre check-in form and order form. Now your guests do not have to fill in their first name, last name, cell phone number, and email address, in case you have this information in your section Reservation. So how that works? Simply. If the guest opens your Guest web from pre-arrival SMS/Email then they will be taken to your personalized guest web where all of that will be already filled in.
2. What is next? We had listened to your requests and added a translator to the points of interest in Nearby. So now you do not need to use any slash or comma. Easily use the translator and the title of the point will be translated.
3. This update is mainly for receptionists. In case guests decide to cancel their check-in form (for example, they entered incorrect data), the reception will be notified in the Dashboard and it's upon them if they decide to keep it or delete it.
If the receptionist decides to keep this check-in form in MyAdmin, the guest will not be able to make the check-in online again.
If the receptionist decides to save this check-in form and then delete it in MyAdmin, the guest will be able to make the check-in online again.
