Integration of MyStay and booking.com ensures updated reservation data in MyStay and the automatic sending of emails and SMS.
There are two types of messages:
- Email and SMS immediately after reservation
- Email and SMS 2 days before arrival to the property
You can adjust the content of SMS and emails and specify them for the local guests and international ones.
There is also possibility to attach your hotels offers (services, tours, extras) to the email.
