We can directly integrate MyStay and Booking.com. What does it mean? Data reservation will be automatically transferred from Booking.com to MyAdmin and you can directly interact with your guests. So MyStay can send pre-arrival SMS and emails immediately after reservation and then 2 days before arrival.
How to do it?
- Go to MyAdmin - Settings - Guest Connections - Connect with Booking.com.
2. Login with your name and password into Booking.com portal - agree with our Terms&Conditions and choose one of your property which you want to connect.
3. You are connected now!
4. Check the reservation data in MyAdmin.
5. Set your pre-arrival SMS and emails.
If you are not ready yet, you can Disable sending SMS or emails till the moment your profile is done.
It´s DONE! Since now all your guests from booking.com are receiving pre-arrival SMS and email from MyStay automatically.
Data are automatically updated every 5 minutes, so you will always have actual information in MyAdmin.
You can also check the statistics data REPORTS & STATISTICS in MyAdmin to see the traffic.
