MyStay can directly integrate MyStay and Booking.com. Guest reservations will automatically be transferred from Booking.com to MyAdmin, so you can directly interact with your guests. MyStay can also send pre-arrival SMS messages and emails to guests immediately after a reservation is booked and 2 days before arrival.
How to do it?
- Go to MyAdmin - Settings - Guest Connections - Connect with Booking.com.
2. Login to Booking.com portal and agree to our Terms & Conditions. Choose which property you would like to connect.
3. You are connected now!
4. Check the reservation data in MyAdmin.
5. Set your pre-arrival SMS and emails.
If you are not ready yet, you can disable sending SMS or emails until the moment your profile is done.
You are READY! Now all your guests from booking.com will receive pre-arrival SMS and emails from MyStay automatically.
Data is automatically updated every 5 minutes, so you will always have up to date information in MyAdmin.
You can also check the statistics data REPORTS & STATISTICS in MyAdmin to see the traffic.
